About

The National Art Education Association Student Chapter of Towson University is a student lead group that incorporates the NAEA mission of "advancing visual arts education to fulfill human potential and promote global understanding," by actively participating in workshops, seminars, community service, volunteer work, and artistic experiences.

If you attend Towson University, and are looking for an opportunity to build your resume, get to know your fellow students, become actively involved with your community, meet professionals of the field, and explore your creative side through art and more, then this is the organization for you.

NAEA Student Chapter of Towson works with non-profits and other organizations to promote professional partnerships, expand community opportunity, and provide meaningful experiences for it's members and local community. Some of the organizations and events we are involved with include; Art with A Heart, Abilities Network, Towson Arts Collective, and the Many Moons Festival.

Meetings will be held on a monthly basis, or as needed, depending on upcoming events, or pressing issues. Meetings will be announced via email, as well as through flyers posted in the CFA at Towson University. These meetings are not open to the public, only for students currently attending Towson University. If you are interested in getting on the mailing list, please email Secretary: Cristine Long
